Third-Party User Content Upload Agreement

At this time, users who upload content to this site are not considered to be affiliate partners, and are not regarded as being employed by, or contracted with, Max Reynard LLC. Users assume their own liabilities, and users make certain agreements when voluntarily uploading content to this site, which are outlined as follows:

Users agree to submit government-issued identification to verify their identity to maxxxreynard@gmail.com before uploading content to the site. This will only be used for proving you are who you say you are.

Users of this site agree not to perform any activity on the site, including but not limited to uploading material or posting in comments, that are deemed to be illegal or that otherwise violate the standards set in the site's policies.

Content providers must retain their own personal records of consent to be depicted in the content, consent to allow for the public distribution of the content, and consent to upload the content to this site. As a reminder, you may not post work, at this time, that was not created, and/or that does not feature, only you as the creator. You must further attest that you are 18 years of age or older, that your content does not feature anyone under the age of 18, and that you can provide supporting documentation upon request.

This site does not allow for video downloading by users. This site also does not permit image downloading by users, particularly for use in redistributing the art without the artist's permission. As a content provider, please be aware of the risks of consumers saving images, using screenshots or screen recording to bypass this restriction, and please be aware of your right to report users you believe are misusing your content to maxxxreynard@gmail.com for disciplinary actions. Some countries or regions have additional legal protections in place to safeguard your digital likeness / content.

*Blood or Feces

*Child Pornography

*Chloroform or Other Illegal Sedatives

*Violence towards Animals

*Depictions or Solicitations of Prostitution

*Gore

*Extreme Violence / Flogging

*Certain Terminology including 'Forced', 'Asleep' or 'Hypnosis'

*Incest

*Kidnapping / Abduction

*Racism or other Violations of Protected Groups

*Rape

*Self-Mutilation

*Snuff or 'Fantasy Snuff'

*Suffocation

*Underage
